A large original from my Clouds Over Seascapes 2025 series.
This one-of-a-kind abstract cloudscape captures the last golden light of day as it glides across the sea and low-tide sandbanks. A fleeting, luminous moment, suspended in layers of thick texture and soft, muted sunset tones.
Built with rich impasto over fluid under-layers, the piece was shaped with a palette knife — giving form and weight to subjects that are constantly shifting and dissolving. A bold interpretation of nature’s ever-changing beauty.
Premium acrylic on canvas board, mounted on a wooden subframe, and framed in a removable wooden tray frame.
Sealed with two coats of UV-protective varnish, signed on the front, and stamped, named, and signed on the back again.
Comes with a certificate of authenticity and ready to hang.

As I write this I am standing in front of our fire and admiring the painting - it brings a smile to my face every day, and always garners comments when art lovers come to visit. We could not be happier! Our piece sits proudly in our living room and instantly transports me back into the mountains.
