A bold little piece from my Clouds Over Seascapes 2025 series.
Inspired by a glowing sunset over sandbanks at low tide, this textured cloudscape is full of movement, light, and rich, painterly detail.
Layers of impasto paint and fluid washes merge sea and sky in an expressive vibrant dance between abstraction and reality.
Premium acrylic on canvas board, mounted on a wooden subframe, and framed in a removable wooden tray frame.
Sealed with two coats of UV-protective varnish, signed on the front, and stamped, named, and signed on the back again.
Comes with a certificate of authenticity and ready to hang.

As I write this I am standing in front of our fire and admiring the painting - it brings a smile to my face every day, and always garners comments when art lovers come to visit. We could not be happier! Our piece sits proudly in our living room and instantly transports me back into the mountains.
