An original, one-of-a-kind painting from my Clouds Over Seascapes 2025 series.
This richly textured abstract cloudscape captures the dramatic lift of parting and varied cloud forms as wild weather clears over a low beach tide, revealing the first break of sunrise in muted blues and warmth colours.
The first rays of sunlight refract through moody clouds suspended above the horizon and reflected on the water below.
Created with expressive impasto layers using a range of palette knives this piece blends structured abstraction with the emotional realism of nature's shifting skies.
Medium: Acrylic and marble dust on stretched canvas.
Sealed with two coats of UV-protective varnish, signed on the front, and stamped, named, and signed on the back again.
Comes with a certificate of authenticity and ready to hang.
Sits in a beautiful modern Australian Oak floating tray frame.
